Valco Melton provides envelope manufacturers with EnvelopePro, a precision gum application and quality inspection system for side seam gumming for all envelope manufacturing machines. We provide conversion kits with an array of precision dispensing valves, proprietary pattern control systems, high-speed optical inspection sensors, and custom fabricated bracket packages for easy installation on any machine.
Valco Melton envelope system components include the industry accepted, model 524 gum valve, high-speed fine gum line AS303E optical sensor, the OT-120 control system for gumming and inspection, and our gum pumping group that includes the EPP-9 Piston Pump and the DD-1 Diaphragm Pump.
